R.L. Stine’s Pumpkinhead 2 2026 full movie is a 2026 supernatural horror film premiering exclusively on Tubi as a marquee title in the streamer’s “Terror on Tubi” Halloween lineup. Written and directed by Jem Garrard, who also made the first Pumpkinhead, the sequel continues building the mythology of Redhaven, the small town haunted by ancient harvest curses inspired by Stine’s The Haunting Hour. This chapter adds a major dose of horror nostalgia with the casting of Cassandra Peterson, beloved as Elvira, Mistress of the Dark, in her first starring witch role.
The story follows Sam, played by Bean Reid, and Becka, played by Adeline Lo, as they race to stop a new Pumpkinhead curse from claiming the entire town of Redhaven. This time, a bullied student named Evan discovers a forbidden spellbook, and his actions accidentally revive an ancient evil, causing the pumpkin-headed children of past sacrifices to rise from the earth. With the town’s Harvest Festival approaching, Sam and Becka’s only hope may be Cassandra, Peterson’s mysterious witch, who is determined to destroy the book and end the curse once and for all. Sebastian Billingsley-Rodriguez plays Evan, with Matty Finochio returning as Rusty and Bob Frazer as the Sheriff.
Fans of supernatural horror may also want to watch Punishment, Madha Gaja Raja, and V/H/S/Mixtape (2026), which are also featured on this site.
